Terms of Use
Last updated 16 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Mo Horizons LLC (“we”, “us”) for the use of the Lumi Pilates: Workout At Homeapp (“Lumi”, “the app”). By using the app, you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use the app. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to apps downloaded from the App Store.
Health disclaimer
Lumi is not medical advice. The app provides general fitness guidance and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or physiotherapist. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
- Talk to a doctor before you start, especially if you are pregnant or recently gave birth, have an injury, a heart condition, back or joint problems, or any other health condition.
- Stop straight away if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or discomfort beyond normal effort, and seek medical help if it doesn’t pass.
- Practise in a safe space, on a stable surface, at a level that feels right for you.
The answers you give about your health help Lumi choose exercises, but they can’t account for everything about your body. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for your own wellbeing.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 to use Lumi.
Subscriptions
- Full access to Lumi is offered as an auto-renewing subscription.
- A free trial may be offered. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
- The price and billing period are shown in the App Store before you buy, in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. We can’t issue refunds ourselves. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your licence to the content
The exercises, sessions, animations, voice, text and design in Lumi are owned by us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them in the app for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell or publicly show the content, use it to teach paid classes, or try to extract or reverse engineer it.
Your account
Your account starts anonymous. If you sign in with an email, keep access to it secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Ending your account
You can stop using Lumi at any time and delete your account in the app. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it in your App Store settings.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the app, or if we stop offering the app. If we stop offering it, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
Changes to the app and these terms
We improve Lumi over time, so features and content may change. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use Lumi after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Lumi is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t promise the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will achieve any particular result.
To the extent the law allows, Mo Horizons LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for injury resulting from exercise you choose to do. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer outside the US, you also keep any protections the law of your country gives you.
